• During over 15 years of practice, Maria has been assisting both Russian and international companies in their business operations and protection of the interests in Russia.
• She provides legal support on various aspects of corporate, contract and labour law. Her areas of expertise include establishment and liquidation of legal entities, M&A transactions, business reorganization, hiring and dismissal of employees, legal audits, protection of personal data, preparation of documentation for governmental commission permitting procedures, as well as ongoing support of clients on corporate and labour issues.
• She holds a Master of Laws degree and advises on a wide range of legal and operational issues in Russian, English, and German.

Partner, Chief accountant

• Has been working in accounting and tax accounting continuously since 2001, since 2004 – in companies with foreign capital. She has a university degree in economics.
• Since 2013 she has been a full member of the Institute of Professional Accountants (IPA) of Russia and holds a professional accountant certificate with the confirmed qualification “Chief Accountant of a Commercial Organization.”
• Since 2017 she has been a certified specialist in international financial reporting with the Diploma in International Financial Reporting in Russian (DipIFR Rus).
• Having extensive experience in accounting and tax accounting, Natalia organizes and maintains management, accounting and tax accounting in our clients’ companies in the Russian Federation of various types of business activities.

Controlling Project Manager

• Elena leads the Controlling, Reporting and Management Reporting department. She has over 20 years of practical experience in financial management in a large international business.
• She has a university degree in economics and a number of advanced trainings, including in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Elena has expert knowledge in the development and implementation of strategies for managing the financial circuit of an organization. She applies best practices in financial reporting, financial modelling and business planning. She has practical experience in organizing transparent management accounting, building internal controls and automating processes.
• Elena speaks English and Italian.
